Deliveries

Here at Simply Mattress in association with Beds on Legs all items are delivered free of charge within England including the Isle of White, Wales and Scotland (excluding the post codes in the exclusion from free delivery section listed below).

If you are in the Scottish highlands, Isle of Man or Northern Ireland, or one of the post codes listed in the exclusion from free delivery section our couriers charge a nominal fee for this service (* Please see these exclusions listed below), please contact us on 01482 883790 to check the charge. We give a price on application for the following areas Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Lewis, Isle of Skye, Shetlands, Outer Hebrides, Orkney Islands.



Exclusions on free delivery

The following post codes in Scotland normally incurr a delivery charge of £30.00:
AB post codes, FK19-21, HS, IV1-56, KA27-28, KW, PA20-78, PH9, PH15-44, DD8-11
Isle of Man post codes incur a charge of £60
Northern Ireland, Ireland and offshore Scottish Islands: Price on Application
Please note delivery is not available on a next day service to these areas

We can not upgrade deliveries to an AM to the following post codes:
England & Wales: TR21-25, IM1-9.
Scotland: AB post codes, FK19, HS, IM1-9, IV1, IV3-56, DD8-11, EH38, EH43-46, FK8, G63, G83-84, IV2, PH8, PH10-11.

Delivery times

Please note the standard free delivery is available on a mutually agreed specified day between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. However the following service upgrades are available on the majority of items.

- AM delivery £5.00 charge (AM delivery)
- Saturday delivery (4 hour window given) £20.00 charge
- Premier Two Man to the room service (4 hour window given) £20.00 charge

FREE DELIVERY INFORMATION

- To outside the door service
- Between 8.30 - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
- Saturday delivery is available for an extra £20.00
- AM upgrades available for £5.00

Our contractors can only delivery to ground floor level to outside the door unless pre-arranged with the customer when the item is purchased and then the item can be put on our Premier Two Man service for a charge of £20.00. Therefore the customer needs to make suitable arrangements to move the items to their required location. If you live in a flat delivery will only be made to outside the main entrance to the building.

PREMIER TWO MAN SERVICE

- £20.00 charge
- Delivery to room of choice upstairs or downstairs
- Monday to Saturday between 7.00 am to 8pm delivery
- 4 hour delivery slot given 24 hours before via text message and e-mail
- Packaging removed

Please note that this service is not available every day in every area so we will need to get your post code to know what days they deliver in your area.

Certain items are delivered on a Premier Two Man delivery service to the room of choice free of charge, a few items are listed below:
- All 6ft Super Kingsize Non Vaccum packed mattresses


Please note:
- Both Simply Mattress in association with Beds on Legs/ the contractor and the personnel of Beds on Legs/ the contractor will not accept liability for any damage both to the delivered product and to the customers property, (including all types of fixtures, fittings and building structure), whilst assisting the customer with delivery to the room of choice. The customer must solely take responsibility for this action. Any consequent damage should fall under the customer's household insurance.
- Beds on Legs contracted deliveries will not set up your item, all Beds are flat pack and require assembling.
- All upgraded delivery charges must be arranged and paid for in full prior to delivery.
- Please note that all upgraded services are non-refundable.
- Please note were a delivery/collection date has been agreed with the carrier and the buyer, and the buyer is not present, the seller reserves the right to charge the buyer a minimum of £10 to cover the cost of the failed delivery/ Collection.
- Please be aware for health and safety issues delivery drivers are unable to remove their shoes when delivering products into customers houses. If you need to protect your flooring please make sure an adequate cover has been placed on the floor prior to the delivery driver arriving.
